Firefighter Next Door Housing Grants available up to $4,170.00.
Down Payment Assistance available up to $10,681.00.
Eligibility: All Firefighters, EMTs and support staff are eligible, including:

Firefighters
EMTs
Paramedics
Probationary Firefighters
Driver Engineers
Fire Investigators
Fire Dispatchers
Field Chiefs
Lieutenants

Captains
Lieutenants
First Responders
Office Staff
Maintenance Staff
Information Technology

Ambulance Driver
All Firefighter / EMT personnel

Available homes: You may use the Firefighter Next Door Program to purchase ANY home on the market. It does not need to be a HUD or bank owned foreclosure. *
Home location: There are no restrictions on the location of the home. You are not required to work in the same area where the home is located. *
Residency requirement:
- This program is only available for owner-occupant buyers.
- There is no length of residency requirement. *
First time home buyers: While first time home buyers are eligible, the program is not restricted to first time buyers.

HUD's Good Neighbor Next Door Program allows certain public service professionals to purchase a home for 50% of the appraised value.
