• Eligibility: All nurses and medical professionals are eligible, including:

• Available homes: You may use the Nurse Next Door Program to purchase ANY home on the market. It does not need to be a HUD or bank owned foreclosure.
• Home location: There are no restrictions on the location of the home. You are not required to work in the same school district where the home is located.
• Residency requirement:
  • This program is only available for owner-occupant buyers.
  • There is no length of residency requirement.
• First time home buyers: While first time home buyers are eligible, the program is not restricted to first time buyers.
