Housing grants of up to $8,000.00 are available to ALL healthcare employees, including nurses, medical staff, doctors and support staff. Subject to availability, you will receive a minimum of $1,000.00 NON-repayable GRANT to be used toward the purchase of a home. In addition to the grant, you may be eligible for down payment assistance of up to $10,681.00. Your Nurse Next Door Program Specialist may also review your eligibility for any state specific government housing grants, if available in your state, and how they may be used in addition to the Nurse Next Door benefits.*
