Housing grants of up to $8,000.00 are available to ALL non-instructional staff and school board employees. Subject to availability, you will receive a minimum of $1,000.00 NON-repayable GRANT to be used toward the purchase of a home. In addition to the grant, you may also be eligible for down payment assistance of up to $10,681.00. Our Teacher Next Door Program Specialist may also discuss your eligibility for certain state specific grant programs, if available, that may provide additional benefits.*
