• Firefighter Next Door Housing Grants available up to $4,170.00.
• Down Payment Assistance available up to $10,681.00.
• Eligibility: All Firefighters, EMTs and support staff are eligible, including:

• Available homes: You may use the Firefighter Next Door Program to purchase ANY home on the market. It does not need to be a HUD or bank owned foreclosure. *
• Home location: There are no restrictions on the location of the home. You are not required to work in the same area where the home is located. *
• Residency requirement:
  • This program is only available for owner-occupant buyers.
  • There is no length of residency requirement. *
• First time home buyers: While first time home buyers are eligible, the program is not restricted to first time buyers.
• Additional benefits:
  • No application fees
  • No up-front fees
  • Special home loan programs
  • Preferred interest rates
