Government Employee Housing Grants

Housing grants of up to $8,000.00 are available to ALL government employees, including all local, state and Federal agencies. Subject to availability, you will receive a minimum of $1,000.00 NON-repayable GRANT to be used toward the purchase of a home. In addition to the grant, you may also be eligible for down payment assistance of up to $10,681.00. Your Public Servant Next Door Program Specialist may also review your eligibility for any state specific government housing grants, if available in your state, and how they may be used in addition to the Public Servant Next Door benefits.*
