Professor Housing Grants

Housing grants of up to $6,000.00 are available to all professors and teachers of universities, colleges and technical schools, through the Teacher Next Door Program.  Subject to availability, ALL professors, teachers and instructors, as well as administrators and staff, will receive a minimum of $1,000.00 NON-repayable GRANT to be used toward the purchase of a home.  In addition to the grant, you may also be eligible for down payment assistance of up to $10,681.00.
