Through the Teacher Next Door Program, all Arizona teachers and school staff can access exclusive home buying grants of up to $9,000.* Every Pre-K through 12th-grade teacher, administrator, and school staff member will receive a non-repayable grant of at least $1,000 to support your home purchase (subject to availability). Plus, you may qualify for additional down payment assistance of up to $24,000.*
