Getting Started is

Easy...

STEP 1: PRE-APPROVAL

Simply click APPLY NOW.  You will be able to register for your Soldier Next Door benefits and complete the the Pre-Application.  Your personal financial information is not collected on the pre-app and there is no credit check required.  

Once we receive your pre-app, a licensed Soldier Next Door Program Specialist will contact you to go over your information and explain the program benefits to you, including any grants and down payment assistance you may be eligible for.

STEP 2: FIND THE PERFECT HOME

Once approved, your personal Soldier Next Door representative, also a licensed Realtor, will work directly with you to help you find the perfect home.  He or she will explain all of your purchase options, including VA, HUD and bank owned foreclosures, short sales or any other home on the market, whether it is a HUD home or not.  They will provide you with customized lists of homes available and let you tour the inside of the homes.

STEP 3: SUBMIT THE OFFER

When you find the perfect home, we will negotiate the best possible price while protecting your interest.  We represent only military families, not banks or sellers. You will be given the opportunity to inspect the property and order a professional home inspection.

After your offer is accepted, we will handle all of the details for you, including financing, inspections, surveys, appraisals, etc. to ensure a smooth closing and a pleasurable buying experience.
